Local farmers and restaurants in the area work together to bring farm-to-table cuisine and a homage to NJ’s beloved corn and tomato dishes to the event. Restaurants and food stands will offer dishes including roasted corn, gazpacho, wood-fired pizza, corn salad, homemade empanadas, Mexican street corn, pulled pork, quesadillas, heirloom tomato salads, fresh salsas, gourmet kettle corn, and frozen cheesecake on a stick! Everything is fresh and locally grown/made.

There will be live bands playing throughout the day, so bring a chair or blanket to find a shady spot to relax, listen to music, and enjoy the tasty food and beverages. There will also be artisan vendors and farm stands. This event is perfect for the whole family, and children’s activities include photos with fire trucks, face painting, and arts & crafts.
Join the fun at one of Flemington’s most exciting events – The Flemington Corn, Tomato, and Beer Festival on Saturday, August 12th. See you there!
