Mother’s Day is the perfect time to say thank you to your mom, or mother figure, and celebrate all of the contributions, efforts, and love that moms give us. The Ciderhouse at Ironbound Farm (Alexandria Twp)

If you’re looking for an interactive Mother’s Day activity, look no further than a beautiful weekend on the Ironbound Farm! Besides the delicious spring-centric menu they’ll be offering for the weekend, they’ll also be offering a multitude of fun activities for everyone. Both Saturday and Sunday, from 11am to 5pm, Wagon Full Farms will be hosting a build-your-own bouquet experience on the farm, plus pre-made bouquets will be available in the Farm Market.

Wait, it gets better! From 10 to 11 am on Saturday there will be Yoga on the Farm that will be sure to leave mom feeling rested and relaxed. Lastly, on Sunday from 10 to 11 am, Farmer of Ironbound, Lauren Nagy, will be hosting a Forest Bathing session. If you’re unfamiliar with Forest Bathing, it is a form of meditation where one observes and takes in the nature around them! What better way to spend mother’s day weekend than farms, flowers, (yoga) flows and forests?

Beneduce Vineyards (Pittstown)

Keeping in accordance with their normal Spring schedule, Beneduce Vineyards will be hosting their much-loved Sunday Picnic! Paired with live music, a food truck and of course, wine – Mom will get to enjoy good vibes, some dancing, and delicious food! Thai Cha Chak Thai food truck and the duo CooCooCachoo, best known for their Simon & Garfunkel and other classic rock covers, will be attending to bring the best food and vibes!

Sergeantsville Inn (Sergeantsville)

A meal at Sergeantsville Inn is always a promise to a beautiful environment and a beautifully prepared meal. Selecting the Sergeantsville Inn to dine at on Mother’s Day is no exception! In celebration, the Inn created a menu that will consist of three courses at $95 per guest. Per usual, it promises to be a delicious experience, with menu highlights of Quiche Lorraine, Local Pea Salad, Challah French Toast, Local Harvest New York Strip, Strawberry Shortcake, and a Lemon Vanilla Cake with basil coulis. Give thanks to your mom (and all of her delicious home cooked meals over the years) by celebrating in style at the Sergeantsville Inn. Continue your Mother’s Day Wine Trail!  Come celebrate the day with great wine paired with authentic Neapolitan pizza. Vá Fa Napoli Pizza truck will be at the winery from 2-6pm. Their thin crust pizza is handmade, topped with fresh ingredients, baked in brick woodfired oven! Mares & Mimosas at the Frenchtown Riding Club (Frenchtown)

Is your mom an animal lover or has ever wanted to ride a horse?
