HopeWell, a musical collaboration born of chance, brings together the extraordinary talents of lead singer and acoustic guitar virtuoso David Rhodes, renowned drummer Mark Doran with touring experience alongside Keller Williams, versatile bassist Scott Consoli, formerly of Exit 105, and the overachieving and amazing Ian Wijaya from Songtime. This eclectic group of musicians, not only skilled but also great individuals, hails from the local scene in Hopewell. David Rhodes, with his rubber-footed charisma, leads the band as a songwriter extraordinaire, crafting tunes that resonate with authenticity. Mark Doran’s powerful drumming, shaped by experiences touring with Keller Williams, adds a rhythmic backbone to HopeWell’s sound. Scott Consoli, bringing his past with Exit 105, contributes diverse musical elements, while Ian Wijaya’s guitar prowess from Songtime elevates the band’s sonic landscape. HopeWell’s musical journey is marked by a commitment to originality and seamlessly blending covers which they have made their own ranging from Jimi Hendrix to Lou Reed, Pearl Jam to Led Zeppelin, and everything in between.
