The Great Pumpkin Dinner at Ironbound Farms

Join us for a special Great Pumpkin themed menu developed by Chef Matt Collins & Ironbound’s Farmer-Chef Alec Gioseffi.

Our evening, celebrating this abundant autumnal time, begins with a gathering around the Motherfire — our Argentinian-inspired cooking hearth that sits at the heart of our Cider Garden. Guests will have a ring-side seat as our chefs roast, grill, and cook over open fire — transforming produce they’ve gathered from our fields and forest into a tasty selection of innovative small-bites. In the crisp autumnal air, you will feast on a variety of seasonal squashes, and be warmed by this hearty fall dinner (and the gentle heat of the Motherfire.) Our evening of experiential eating then moves tableside for a multi-course, family-style meal.

Throughout the evening cocktail pairings, prepared by Ironbound’s mixologists, will be served: all created with our ciders, wines, fortified ciders and botanicals grown on the farm.
