Join us for a multi-course Wine Dinner featuring locally sourced and foraged mushrooms from Wild Spawn Mushroom in Ringoes. Each course is expertly prepared by Chef Andrew Lattanzio using different types of unique wild mushrooms that showcase the specific flavors and textures of each varietal. Each course will be paired by seasonal wines hand selected by Chris Cree.
