Join us for a Winemaker’s Dinner featuring Pierre Fabre, Owner and Winemaker at Domaine Gayrard in Gaillac, Southwest France. Domaine Gayrard was established in the 1950s by Maurice Gayrard and became one of the first producers of bottled wine in Gaillac. After hitting hard times in the 1990s, Maurice’s great-grandson Pierre is now at the helm, and has returned Domaine Gayrard to its roots, refocusing his efforts on replanting indigenous Gaillac grape varieties, such as Braucol and Mauzac. The estate practices organic and biodynamic farming methods.
